Huntington National Bank largest originator of SBA loans in 2021

Huntington National Bank, a bank headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, is now the largest originator by volume of Small Business Administration loans in 2021. This is the fourth consecutive year Huntington has held this title, according to a press release.

In addition, the bank has also processed a total of 85,000 Paycheck Protection Program loans since 2020.

"We believe that when small businesses succeed, so do individuals and communities," Steve Rhodes, business banking director, Huntington, said in the release. "That's why we are so dedicated to helping small businesses achieve their goals. In another challenging year for businesses, we are pleased to have provided our trusted experience and assistance to so many customers who depend on us."
