HSBC takes charitable donations at its ATMs

Reuters:Bank customers in the United Kingdom will be able to make donations to charity through ATMs, according to HSBC, which beginning Nov. 1 is introducing the service at its 2,900 UK ATMs. The service is free of charge and was developed by HSBC in Mexico, where its customers make more than 710,000 ATM donations every month, representing 5 percent of all ATM transactions there.
