Hawkeye rebrands to Hawkeye Digital

Hawkeye Systems Inc., has officially changed its name to Hawkeye Digital Inc. It did this to reflect its two businesses which are private equity and merchant banking, according to a press release.

The company offers services from blockchain, digital assets and AI for financial services and other industries. As part of the brand revamp, it has moved its headquarters to Miami Beach, Florida and is hiring on merchant bankers.

"Our new name reflects who we are today, and with our new name, we've launched a new brand identity for a platform built to identify and back the companies shaping the next era of digital finance. Miami Beach puts us at the center of that opportunity, and the bankers joining our team will help us act on it," David Wachsman, president of Hawkeye, said in the release.
