Hawaii State FCU, NewGround unveil next-gen branch

NewGround, a St. Louis-based design-build firm, has announced the completed transformation of the Hawaii State Federal Credit Union Pearlridge branch in Aiea, Hawaii.

The redesigned 3,896-square-foot facility introduces teller pods that allow more personal interaction between universal bankers and members.

Other features include:

• a 24/7 vestibule equipped with an enhanced ATM;
• a digital focal wall;
• a technology bar;
• private offices incorporating a glass wall system; and
• LED lighting for improved energy efficiency.

The remodel was completed in two phases, with construction activity coordinated to allow continuous operation of the credit union throughout the project.
