GRGBanking and the ATM Industry Association jointly presented the 10th annual Global Customer Exchange last month in Guangzhou, China.

Featuring the theme "Reinvent Banking Services with New Tech," the three-day event attracted more than 300 bankers and financial experts from 41 countries, a GRGBanking press release said.
In workshops on day one of the event, speakers representing global solution providers, the banknote printing industry, and the banking industry addressed the latest technologies in banknote security, the future of banking services, video banking technology, branch transformation, and more, according to the release.
The GCE Global Summit 2015 occupied day three with a focus on evolution and innovation in financial services.

GRG Chairman Youyong Zhao opened the summit with a keynote speech. Additional presenters included ATMIA CEO Mike Lee; the Secretary General of the China Banking Association; and the director of the banking research center of China's Central University of Finance and Economics.
In panel discussions, industry experts from around the world reviewed financial and banking innovations.
The event was covered by representatives from 20 media outlets, the GRG release said.
