Greenwood announces General Access digital banking

Greenwood, a digital banking platform specifically for Black and Latino individuals and businesses, has introduced its General Access platform, which delivers its accounts and financial services to all potential users. The bank did this after enrolling all other users in its wait list, according to a press release.

The platform has no overdraft penalties, ATM fees, minimum balance fees or peer-to-peer transfer fees. It features two-day early deposits, instant card deposits, mobile check deposits and more.

Greenwood was launched in 2020 by rapper Killer Mike, Andrew J. Young, civil rights leader, Ryan Wood, co-founder and CEO of Greenwood and Paul Judge.
