PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. - Global Axcess Corp. has signed an agreement with Credit Union 24 to gain direct access to Credit Union 24's network of 400 credit unions across the nation.
Global Axcess will now be able to market its services to Credit Union 24 members with the organization's recommendation.
"What this means to us is we now have the ability to market our Branded Cash program," said Bob Colabrese, executive vice president of sales for Global Axcess, in a Jacksonville Business Journal report. "It opens up the door to 400 credit unions that we would have had to go after one at a time."
Global Axcess provides ATM branding and processing for 35 financial institutions; Colabrese said the Credit Union 24 deal should allow the company to at least double that number.
According to a Global Axcess news release, the company increasing its total number of branded sites to 376 nationwide in 2003.
