Glia partners with Clinc to offer virtual, live chat for banks

Glia, a digital customer service provider, has partnered with Clinc, a conversational AI technology provider for banking, to integrate Clinc's conversational platform into Glia's Digital Customer Service platform. With this integration, Glia will be able to offer both a virtual banking assistant and live chat for banks, according to a press release.

Clinc's platform uses natural language processing to understand how customers talk and can understand both slang and context. With more complex inquiries, the virtual banking tool can transfer interactions to customer service representatives through Glia's live chat.
