Givex begins trading on QTCQX

Givex Information Technology Group Ltd., a fintech platform, has begun trading on the QTCQX under the symbol GIVXF. The company offers customer engagement, point-of-sale and payment solutions on its platform, according to a press release.

OTC Market Groups, the operator of QTCQX, provides trading for 12,000 U.S and international securities, according to the release.

"As an established, growth-with-profit fintech company with a 20-year history of U.S. based operations, we are very pleased to begin trading on OTCQX," Don Gray, CEO, Givex, said in the release. "OTCQX provides U.S. investors with a cost-effective method of trading Givex shares and broadens the base of U.S. investors."
