Genpass to service some Cardtronics ATMs

March 2, 2003

HOUSTON -- Cardtronics has signed a long-term agreement with Genpass Service Solutions, a subsidiary of Genpass, Inc., to provide service and maintenance for 1,150 Cardtronics ATMs located at ExxonMobil Corporation retail outlets and Winn-Dixie Stores locations.

The machines, which are owned by Cardtronics, were purchased as part of two separate portfolios from ATM manufacturer Dieboldand XtraCash ATM, the ATM operating arm of Amicus Financial, the failed U.S. banking operation of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).

For Cardtronics, this marks their first time to work with Genpass, one of the top five ATM drivers in the U.S., and owner and operator of the MoneyMaker and Money Belt networks.

"Cardtronics' premier ATM technologies, combined with Genpass' exceptional service and maintenance capabilities, will benefit all Cardtronics customers now and in the future," said Mike Clinard, chief operating officer of Cardtronics, in a news release.
