FT. WASHINGTON, Pa. -- Genpass Technologies, an ATM network processor, ATM driver and owner and operator of the MoneyMaker and Money Belt EFT networks, has been named a "preferred vendor" by the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers (PACB), representing its 200 member banks.
The PACB creates cooperative product and service opportunities to assist members in remaining competitive in their marketplace. With the PACB's input, Genpass has designed a processing and EFT services package to meet the needs of PACB members. Each member bank will individually evaluate the Genpass package.
Genpass Technologies is the operational arm of Genpass Inc. whose president and chief executive officer, Bipin Shah, is widely known in the Middle Atlantic region through his prior association with the MAC network.
In a news release, Shah said the Genpass program would offer Pennsylvania's community banks an opportunity to cut their operating expense while increasing the products available to their customers. Shah said that Genpass account management is "informed about these institutions and this region and very interested in winning and keeping their business."
Shah said the association with the PACB would help establish a wider presence for Genpass' EFT brands along the East Coast.
