Genpass adds two to management team

January 13, 2002

FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. - Genpass Inc. has added two executives to its management team.

The owner and operator of the MoneyMaker and Money Belt EFT networks named Gary T. Staub as executive vice president and chief marketing officer, and also installed Anthony F. Newshel as chief technology officer.

Genpass, which purchased the MoneyMaker network last summer, also operates Genpass Service Solutions, an ATM maintenance company.

Both of the new officers have worked with Genpass president and CEO Bipin Shah in the past. Staub, who most recently worked for payment processing and e-commerce firm Paymentech, previously had worked with Shah as a founding officer of Gensar Holdings Inc., an independent point-of-sale processor.

Newshel is a former chief information officer for the MAC Network, a company co-founded by Shah. With these announcements, more than a dozen former MAC managers have taken key technology and sales positions with Genpass.
