DAYTON, OHIO -- Gasper Corp., an ATM software provider, will provide its remote ATM monitoring and service for InnoVentry Corporation's RPM Cash Management Machines, check-cashing terminals that InnoVentry believes will be used primarily by the self-banked.
"As the RPM Cash-Management Machines are implemented in an increasing number of cities, effective management of the machines is extremely important," said Ken Rees, COO of InnoVentry. "We chose the Gasper management solution to ensure that our machines are up and running with minimal interruption."
After implementing Gasper Manager, InnoVentry will receive alerts and faults when a machine experiences any difficulty. Gasper will also provide management of auto response, monitoring and availability goals for the InnoVentry machines.
InnoVentry has served more than 300,000 customers, cashed more than a million checks and established relationships with retailers such as Circle K, Kroger, HEB Pantry and Texaco, and entertainment establishments such as The Venetian, Paris Las Vegas, The Resort at Summerlin, and the Hard Rock Casino.
