FNB backs proposal to scrap ATM fees

Moneyweb: Firstrand's First National Bank, South Africa's third-largest retail bank, has backed a proposal to scrap some fees for using cash machines. Instead, it hopes to simplify pricing by charging a fee only to the person withdrawing cash.
