Florida man arrested for alleged forklift, ATM theft

A Florida man was arrested in Tallahassee for allegedly stealing a forklift and an ATM. Joshua Hidalgo, 38, is being charged with burglary of a structure, criminal mischief, resisting an officer, grand theft and other charges, according to a report by WCTV.

The forklift was used to drag an ATM away from a McDonald's restaurant. Parts of the ATM was left on the ground on Birmingham Street. When police approached Hidalgo, he fled on foot and was later apprehended.

It is unclear if any cash was removed from the ATM.
