When it comes to ATM deployment, Boston's Fleet Bank believes in starting out at the top.
According to Advertising Age, Fleet on Nov. 30 unveiled what it calls the world's highest ATM. The high profile location: atop NYC's World Trade Center, on the 110th floor near the visitor center.
Bigger is also better for Fleet, which on Oct. 29 brought to Times Square the "world's largest ATM," actually an animated, neon, 41-foot sign that looks like an ATM. It's seen by 1.5 million people each day.
Fleet is no stranger to splashy locations. Its other sites include the Empire State Building, Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden and Yankee Stadium.
