Fiserv breaks into Fortune 500

Fiserv Inc, a provider of fintech solutions, has been named to the Fortune 500, which ranks the largest U.S.-based companies by total revenue.

The company also rates among the World's Most Admired Companies as determined by Fortune, and in 2016 earned that recognition for a third straight year.

"We are proud to be honored with this distinction, which is a reflection of the innovation and expertise of our 22,000 associates worldwide who deliver unique value to our clients, many of which are on this prestigious list," said Fiserv President and CEO Jeffery Yabuki.

Fiserv serves 13,000 clients worldwide with integrated technology and services solutions, the release said.
