Fiserv announces shares repurchase

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - Fiserv Inc. authorized the repurchase of up to 10 million shares of its common stock, representing 5.6 percent of the total outstanding shares.

According to a news release, Fiserv expects to complete its previous authorization by the end of February.
