The Interactive Customer Experience Association presented the 2017 Elevate Awards at dinner and ceremony on Wednesday evening in Dallas. Financial institutions BMO and China Zheshang Bank both took home honors in the competition.
The ICX awards, judged by a panel of industry experts and journalists, were presented in 10 categories, with an 11th award for the ICX Influencer of the Year. The two FIs competed in a field that included major players BP; LG; McDonald's, Trek and Under Armour, among others.
China Zheshang Bank was recognized for Best ICX Deployment, Financial Services by Shikatani LaCroix Design. Among the judges's comments on the entry:

"The elevate awards showcase overall excellence, creativity, design and teamwork from those who support the industry with dedication," said Kathy Doyle, executive vice president and publisher of Networld Media Group, organizer of the summit and parent company of the association. "We are honored to present the best in class each year at the ICX Summit."
Networld Media Group is also organizer of the annual Bank Customer Experience Summit, to be held Sept. 18–20 at the Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile hotel, Sept. 18-20. Entries for the BCX awards are currently being accepted, with an entry deadline of Friday, June 16.
