FIS appoints chief administrative officer

FIS, a financial technology company, has appointed Stephanie Ferris as chief administrative officer. Prior to joining FIS, she served as CFO for Worldpay, according to a press release.

In this role, Ferris will work with business and corporate leaders on strategy, mergers, acquisitions and key strategic initiatives. Ferris has worked at FIS previously as COO.
