First Tech Federal Credit Union partners with Zebra Technologies to improve banking processes

First Tech Federal Credit Union has partnered with Zebra Technologies to integrate its Reflexis for Banking solution to improve staff productivity and customer service. This solution will digitize audit processes to offer better insights into staff workload, task management and communications, according to a press release.

Reflexis offers mobile and optimization tools to simplify work for employees and increase time spent with customers. It will also digitize inspection processes to deliver an accurate audio trail for managers.

"We chose Zebra's Reflexis for Banking solution for its ease of use and ability to improve compliance within our Experience Centers," Holly Hoekman, director, training and optimization at First Tech Federal Credit Union, said in the release. "With the support of our Experience Center Leaders and Business Support teams, and the added visibility into the completion of tasks on a daily basis rather than at month's end, we will be able to realize our compliance benchmarks and provide even greater service to our customers."
