First Tech Federal Credit Union appoints SVP of digital products

First Tech Federal Credit Union, based in San Jose, California, appointed Evelyn Prime-MacAdam as SVP of digital products. In this role, she will develop digital strategy to improve the member experience and will report to Jason Heupel, chief experience officer, according to a press release.

Prior to joining First Tech Federal Credit Union, Prime-MacAdam served as VP, head of digital product management at USAA.

"We're thrilled to welcome Evelyn to the First Tech community," Heupel said in the release. "As we continue to grow and innovate, Evelyn's expertise in finance and technology combined with her commitment to member loyalty will be key in further advancing First Tech's mission of providing personalized experiences to our members and employees."
