DENVER - First Data Corp. has named David Dibble as the company's chief technology officer, according to a news release. Dibble, 45, is expected to join the company's executive management team Oct. 1.
As CTO, Dibble will be responsible for all IT development activities, focusing on identifying, creating and implementing technologies that drive customer solutions.
Prior to joining First Data, Dibble served as managing director in the J.P. Morgan Chase technology organization, where he was responsible for defining and implementing a global data center strategy as well as critical system integration projects associated with major acquisitions.
