First Data names board members

DENVER - First Data Corp. approved the re-election of four of its directors May 10 at the company's annual shareholders meeting.

According to a news release, board members Daniel P. Burnham, Jack M. Greenberg, Courtney F. Jones and Charles T. Russell were all re-elected to three-year terms. Shareholders also ratified the election of David A. Coulter, Henry C. Duques and Peter B. Ellwood as new directors.
