First Citizens National Bank rolls out Diebold Nixdorf's self-service banking platform

First Citizens National Bank, a Tennessee-based bank with 26 locations, has rolled out Diebold Nixdorf's Vynamic Software suite for self-service banking. In particular, the platform will offer more teller-like transactions at the ATM with the software's automation feature, according to a press release.
At ATMs, customers will be able to authorize and process credit- and debit-card transactions, access deposits in real time and pay bills with cash or check. Branch employees can also access overrides and approvals at the ATMs via tablets.
"We are always striving to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers — and now we can offer advanced transactions through self-service capabilities at the ATM that were previously only available over the counter," Judy Long, president and COO, First Citizens National Bank, said in the release. "By implementing Diebold Nixdorf's Vynamic transaction automation, our ATM network plays a more significant role for our consumers and enhances their banking experience by bringing advanced self-service solutions to them."
