First Bank selects VP for agriculture, commercial lending

First Bank & Trust Company has selected Austin Phipps as VP of the agriculture and commercial lending divisions. His team will offer agriculture lending for North Carolina and Southwest Virginia, according to a press release.

Prior to joining First Bank, Phipps served as a commercial lending officer for Skyline National Bank.
