Euronet Software Solutions, a division of electronic payments provider Euronet Worldwide Inc., has entered an agreement to implement its integrated transaction management product suite for Finabank N.V. of Surinam, a press release said.
The ITM suite will support the bank's card issuing, ATM and POS device driving, merchant relationships and connections to regional gateways that will allow Finabank customers to carry out transactions anywhere in the world.
Finabank also will have access to technology enhancements such as mobile banking and targeted marketing.
"For more than two decades, Euronet has had a strong presence in South America, particularly in Suriname ... " said Cindy Ashcraft, VP of Euronet Worldwide and managing director of software solutions for the company. "We are excited to count Finabank among the many financial institutions to whom we provide competitive banking solutions."
Finabank recently expanded its group of shareholders with professional investors and raised capital totaling more than $10 million to further its growth plans, the release said.
