PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. -- Fibervision, Inc. has renamed its ATM services division Bluewire Technologies.
Bob Jameson, Fibervision's chief executive officer, said in a news release that the new brand marks a significant step in the company's growth. "By rebranding, we are making a statement about our place in the industry. We value creativity in marketing, but most importantly, we want to connect directly with our customers and ensure that they know who we are and what we do best," he said.
Eric Muller, vice president of Business Development for Bluewire Technologies added, "This name suits our vision, as we continue to integrate new products and services to respond to our clients' ongoing needs. We remain focused on delivering quality and reliable service for off-premises fleet management."
Bluewire, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fibervision, has also launched a redesigned Web site, which Bob Jameson, president of Bluewire, said "reflects the ATM services division's reputation for exceptional customer service, cutting-edge technologies and measured quality control."
While Jameson said that the first phase of the redesigned site is intended to establish a Web presence and reinforce the Bluewire brand and product offerings, he said that the site will evolve over time to include proprietary client log-in for access to real-time account information.
Founded in 1995, Bluewire operates a dispatch center out of Port Charlotte, a technical support call center in Portland, Ore., and a full-service ATM depot in Madison, Ala.
Products include call center technical support, 24-hour remote monitoring and real-time distribution of software, on-site field service; and overhaul, refurbishment and redeployment for ATM companies worldwide.
