Fibank integrates Google Pay into Visa cards

First Investment Bank, a bank based in Bulgaria, has introduced Google Pay for its customers. Now, Fibank customers can make contactless payments with their Visa debit or credit cards via Google Pay, according to a press release.

In order to add a card, Android users must be running Android version Lollipop 5.0 or higher, according to the release.

This service uses Visa's tokenization technology to replace sensitive payment information with a unique identifier token for increased security.
