Federal Bank earns top spot for women employees in India

Federal Bank has earned a top spot for India's Best Workplaces for Women 2023 study. With a gender ratio of 41%, it was the only bank to make the list, according to a press release.

"This recognition is a proud moment for Federal Bank," Shalini Warrier, executive director, Federal Bank, said in the release. "We have always believed in the power of diversity and the importance of providing a conducive environment for growth and development. Being featured among the top 10 Best Workplaces for Women reflects our commitment to our core value — CARES.
