Faulty screen projects ATM transaction

In Ragunan, Indonesia, a woman had her ATM transaction mistakenly displayed on an overhead external screen generally used for marketing and information. A video of that transaction went viral on social media. The BCA branch has apologized for the technical error and immediately fixed the issue according to a press release.

BCA routinely carries out inspection and maintenance on all 17,415 ATMs throughout Indonesia. No explanation for the technical error was given.
