Farmers National Banc completes merger with Emclaire Financial

Farmers National Banc Corp., the holding company for the Farmers National Bank of Canfield, has officially acquired Emclaire Financial Corp., the holding company for the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton. With this merger, Emclaire will join FMNB Merger Subsidiary LLC and Emlenton will join Farmers National Bank, according to a press release.

William C Marsh, president and CEO of Emclaire and Emlenton, will join Farmers as SVP, market president of Pennsylvania.
