Extraco Banks intros Agent IQ's digital assistant, chat service for customers

Extraco Banks, based in central Texas, has deployed Agent IQ's Lynq digital assistant and chat service. With this tool, Extraco can improve communication and engagement with its customers with its built-in augmented intelligence to automate certain tasks, according to a press release.

"Extraco Banks is committed to drive local community growth through caring and personal banking relationships," Chris Kincaid, EVP and chief of strategic design at Extraco Banks, said in the release. "And Agent IQ's Lynq platform provides a transformational approach to meeting our customers where they are."
