Excavator used in ATM theft

Law enforcement in Ferryland, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada are investigating an ATM theft in Witless Bay. Someone allegedly used an excavator to steal an ATM from a credit union, according to a report by VOCM.
Police responded to an alarm and arrived at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
