OSAKA, Japan - The Osaka District Court sentenced a former security guard to 10 years in prison over an explosion at an ATM in central Osaka in June last year, according to an article in Japan Today.
Satoshi Ueno, 37, was convicted of arson and stealing money entrusted to the Osaka-based security service company for which he worked.
At the time, the company was tasked with delivering cash with which to supply ATMs of then Asahi Bank, currently Resona Bank.
