To facilitate completion of the acquisition, a steering committee has been formed with Anderson, Definition, Ltd. Secretary Charles Kiefner, Randall Coleman, CEO and founder of RBSI and Richard Wray, president and COO of RBSI, as members.
According to Anderson, the acquisition should be complete in approximately 10 days.
