EmperorTech secures FCC, ICES certification for handheld card counter

EmperorTech Americas, a division of Shenzhen, China-based Emperor Global Resources LLC, has announced that the EMP1100C handheld card counter has been tested and certified for use in office environments.

According to a company press release, the certification is specific to radiated emissions, radiated emissions low frequency, and conducted emissions, and meets the following standards:

• FCC 15.107:2016 Class B
• FCC 15.109(g):2016 Class B
• FCC 18.305:2016 Class B
• FCC 18.307:2016 Class B
• ICES-001:2006 updated 2014 Class B
• ICES-003:2016 Class B

EmperorTech card personalization devices and card counters are widely accepted by the major card manufacturers and processors globally, the release said.
