Eltropy integrates with Portico for advanced credit union member engagement

Eltropy, a digital conversations platform for financial institutions, integrated Fiserv's Portico account processing platform. With this integration, Eltropy can offer text, video, secure chat, screen sharing and chatbots within a single platform, according to a press release.

Credit unions can send text messages and engage in conversations across all departments including lending, collections, sales, marketing and more with this platform. This in turn can improve member engagement.

"Integrating Eltropy's innovative messaging capabilities into our Portico core banking platform allows credit unions to streamline communication and enhance member engagement," Vanessa Stock, VP of product management and strategy for credit union solutions at Fiserv, said in the release. "Messages can now be sent directly from the application, cutting call center wait times and building stronger member relationships."
