Egypt’s Banque Misr to deploy ATMs at subway stations

Egypt's Banque Misr has signed an agreement with the Egyptian Metro Management and Operation company to deploy its ATM machines at all subway stations.

This agreement makes Banque Misr the first bank to cover all the Metro stations with ATMs, according to a Egypt Today report.

The deployment will happen in phases. Banque Misr's phase one has deployed 10 ATMs, with plans to cover all 71 Metro stations, including Cairo, in the near future.

The agreement is aimed to help ease banking services access by all users of the subway.
