EFunds' Flanagan joins USIBC board

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - EFunds Corp., a provider of risk management, electronic payments and global outsourcing solutions, announced in a news release that Kathleen Flanagan,

senior vice president and division executive of eFunds' Global Services Group, was named to the United States-India Business Council's board of directors, a policy-development organization promoting American economic interests in India.

The USIBC was founded in 1975 at the request of the Indian and U.S. governments; USIBC strengthens Indo-U.S. economic relations on trade and investment issues. Its primary mission is to foster a bilateral dialogue between key business and government decision makers.

Under Flanagan's leadership, eFunds' Global Outsourcing Solutions division has expanded to nine operation centers and more than 4,000 employees, and is now the third largest business-process-outsourcing provider in India.
