The company will continue to operate under the name ETAdvantage as an affiliate of EFMARK Premium Armored.
"(ETAdvantage's) dedication to service and the outstanding reputation ETAdvantage has earned in the Pacific Northwest allows EFMARK Premium Armored to meet the needs of our national customers," said Robert Malik, EFMARK's senior vice president. "We now provide services across the country while maintaining the high expectations of our customers."
Pat Scott, president and CEO of ETAdvantage, said, "We had many opportunities to link up with other companies but this was the only merger that would greatly improve our service and sales in the Northwest."
