EFMARK and NCBC reach ATM service agreement

CHICAGO -- EFMARK Service Company Inc., a leading independent ATM service provider, announced the successful field service conversion of over 200 ATMs owned by National Commerce Bancorporation, a $7.25 billion bank holding company headquartered in Memphis, Tenn.

With the NCBC service agreement, EFMARK will provide ATM field technical maintenance services for all of the NCBC ATMs located in Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Arkansas, Virginia and West Virginia.

Mark Hoppe, president and CEO of EFMARK, said, "This is a significant expansion for EFMARK in the Southeast. We are pleased to continue our relationship with National Commerce Bancorporation, which began in August 1999. Since then we have proved to NCBC that we could provide the quality service levels required to secure their remaining ATM service business."

EFMARK is a $60 million-plus company that provides maintenance for more than 15,000 ATMs owned by 1,300 financial institutions in 36 states. EFMARK's services including distributing NCR ATMs and Heritage buildings and kiosks, as well as providing first and second line maintenance on all ATM models, armored car, cash management and managed ATM services.

EFMARK is affiliated with Premium Armored Services, Inc., which specializes in providing "ATM Only" armored car services.
