EECU opens branch in Collin County, Texas

EECU, a Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas based credit union, has opened a second branch in Collin County, Texas called the Plano Financial Center inside of H-E-B's Plano store. The credit union held a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by Plano Mayor John B. Muns, according to a press release.

"We are excited to continue expanding our presence in Collin County with the addition of our new Plano location," Lonnie Nicholson, president and CEO, EECU, said in the release. "We are grateful for our ongoing partnership with H-E-B and for the opportunity to build new partnerships and serve within the Collin County community."

EECU has more than $3.4 billion in assets and serves more than 267,000 members.
