e-ClassicSystems signs new customers, releases new version of ATM management software

January 23, 2002

NORWOOD, Mass. -- e-ClassicSystems, Inc. says it signed 10 new customers with over 6,600 ATMs in the first quarter, including Citizens Bank and Jackson, Miss.-based ISO Financial Technologies.

The current number of ATMs managed by the company's ATM Manager Pro software now exceeds 20,000, according to a company press release.

ATM Manager Pro allows deployers to capture ATM data from any number of processors, then access and report on business information and trends, generate operating statements for each ATM or group of ATMs, generate accounting statements for vendors or merchants, improve cash management and track ATM event information.

"We wanted to create a central resource for all ATM information and improve the communication among departments," said Jack Coffey, vice president of Electronic Banking at Citizens Bank. "I am confident this system will dramatically improve our ability to manage our ATM network."

Brenda Cahoon, MIS Manager at Financial Technologies, said, "ATM Manager Pro is enabling us to automate a number of time-consuming tasks like the daily capture of ATM transactions and the generation of merchant accounting statements. Its analysis and reporting tools will allow us to take early action on events that are important to us."

e-ClassicSystems also has released ATM Manager Pro 3.3. According to the company, this latest release improves product navigation, provides a wizard to add new ATMs, and incorporates group-level terms. Group-level terms allow a single contractual term to affect multiple ATMs without the manual entry and ongoing maintenance, saving time and improving accuracy.
