e-ClassicSystems demos Web version of ATM Manager Pro

October 14, 2003

NORWOOD, Mass. - e-ClassicSystems, Inc., developer of the ATM Manager Pro ATM management suite of software, introduced several new products at its recent User Conference.

According to a news release, attendees saw a demonstration of the expanded Transaction Warehouse module, a module within the ATM Manager Pro software that retains every transaction from the processor or switch for any period of time.

This offers ATM deployers more detailed reporting, market analysis, interchange analysis and cash settlement information. e-ClassicSystems demonstrated several benefits at the conference, including reporting on network authorization, graphs of transaction rates by the hour, calculation and verification of expected interchange revenue, and automated cash settlement and balancing routines by transaction.

e-ClassicSystems also introduced its ATM Manager Pro Web version, dubbed ATM Manager Web. According to the release, e-ClassicSystems is converting the business logic used in its standard ATM Manager Pro client-server version to a thin-client application with Web capability.

More than 50 percent of the product has been converted to date, with full completion expected by first quarter 2004. Certain modules are being released in 2003's fourth quarter.

According to the release, the new Web-enabled version will allow ATM deployers to connect vendors and other business partners to their ATM Manager Pro database, as well as their remote or traveling users.

In addition to demonstrations of the new products, attendees heard from industry-leading companies and professionals on such topics as fraud detection (Gasper Corporation), cash optimization (Palm Desert National Bank), improving data communications with armored carriers (Shields Business Systems), and the AllPoint Alliance programs (ATM National).

A call for papers will be issued in the coming months for the 2004 e- ClassicSystems User Conference, which also will be open to vendors and other industry leaders, according to the release.
