NORWOOD, Mass. -- e-ClassicSystems, developer of the ATM Manager Pro business management system, has added a sixth module, Transaction Warehouse, to its suite of software products.
According to Tom Meurer, president of e-ClassicSystems, the module will allow users to independently verify interchange revenue and detect fraudulent transactions more quickly, as well as analyze transaction habits of bank and non-bank customers.
The Transaction Warehouse module will be available in the enterprise version of ATM Manager Pro and is scheduled for release in the second quarter of this year after the completion of a beta program with several existing customers.
It will be integrated will the other available modules - Asset and Configuration Management, Locations and Daily Transactions, Terms and Accounting, Cash Management and Event Management.
Lou Buonaiuto, project manager of Electronic Banking at Providence, R.I.-based Citizens Bank, said that having detailed transaction information, including the Bank Identification Number (BIN) and authorization network readily available in ATM Manager Pro will allow the bank to quickly research fraudulent activity and Regulation E disputes.
