e-ClassicSystems adds new customers, intros update of management software

NORWOOD, Mass. -- e-ClassicSystems, Inc., the developer of ATM Manager Pro®, says it has added 12 new customers over the last four months including a top 10 financial institution in the U.S. and the company's first UK customer, neither of which were identified in a news release.

With these additions and the continued growth of existing customers, ATM Manager Pro databases currently manage more than 70,000 ATMs worldwide, according to the release.

The company has also released version 5.5 of its ATM management software.

Also: cash residual analysis to examine the efficiency of cash forecasting operations; additional regulatory tracking on assets including Triple DES and ADA compliance; external system keys to improve the coordination and reduce duplication between ATM Manager Pro and other legacy systems; queues and priorities for help desk management and escalation; and contract renewal tracking for off-premise contract history and analysis.
