CUMMINGS, S.D. -- Dusty Field, chief executive officer of Automatic Bankcard Services, has joined the board of the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) North America.
Field said in a news release, "I wish to upgrade my status with ATMIA in order to better serve my constituents and share my experience and vision in the ATM industry. I am dedicated to the advancement of ATM services and support."
ATMIA's mission is to advance and empower the ATM industry by leveraging its collective voice, by monitoring ATM and financial services regulatory developments, and by addressing industry issues like ATM security, ATM advertising, access of the disabled to ATMs and compliance.
ATMIA encourages and facilitates networking through annual ATM trade shows, and builds the online ATM community through weblinks, storefronts and information-sharing on its Web site.
The ATM Industry Association, founded in 1997, is a global non-profit trade association with over 10,500 members in 65 countries. The membership base covers the full range of this worldwide industry comprising over 2.2 million installed ATMs.
