Diebold Nixdorf to offer managed services for Compleo charging technology

Diebold Nixdorf recently partnered with Compleo, a charging technology provider, to offer a range of managed services for charge point operators in Europe. Through this partnership, Diebold Nixdorf will provide repair, preventive maintenance, monitoring, helpdesk and data analysis for fast charging stations for electric vehicles, according to a press release.
Compleo will provide the hardware, software and turnkey solutions for charging technology. Initially the companies will power more than 1,000 charging stations for electric vehicles in Germany.
"The explosive growth of the EV ecosystem is exciting but brings new challenges for device manufacturers and deployers to scale their ability to monitor and maintain this new charging infrastructure," Ulrich Naeher, EVP and CCO, Diebold Nixdorf, said in the release. "Our services organization can help both technology providers and retailers participate successfully in this fast-growing market as we have the experience, global scale and capabilities to support both AC and DC charging projects through the entire lifecycle from strategy to implementation."
