Diebold Nixdorfis deploying and managing 500 ATMs throughout 300 branches for bank99, an Austria-based company that launched earlier this year as a joint venture between the Austrian Post and the GRAWE Banking Group. As part of their six-year, $20 million agreement, the ATMs will run on Diebold's software platform, DN Vynamic, Neil Emerson, senior vice president and managing director of Banking Eurasia at Diebold Nixdorf, said in a company press release,
"Our new partnership with bank99 demonstrates how we can provide an enhanced solution to optimize bank99's individual digital banking ATM network, powered by our global standard services platform and standard processes," Emerson said in the release. "Through our ATM as a Service program, we can optimize their internal operations, minimize the total cost of ownership and continually enhance the consumer experience."
From nearly 1,800 service points, Bank99 offers access to cash recycling, customer service terminals and cash-dispensing ATMs.
